Q: How long have you been an artist? and when do you feel like you started taking your craft seriously?
A: I’ve been writing music since I was 9 years old, but I started recording and taking it serious about 3 years ago.
Q: Who are some of the other artists or people that inspire you? Whether they are your peers or otherwise?
A: Lil Wayne is my favorite artist. I’ve also been inspired by 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Eve, and Migos!
Q: What are your goals as an artist? How far do you want to take your craft?
A: I want to take my craft to the top. I honestly feel I have the personality, energy and charisma to be a worldwide sensation. My main goal is being on a billboard in Times Square.
Q: How often do you record? or create? Do you rap or create daily?
A: I write everyday. I record at least every week or every 2 weeks.
Q: What are some obstacles, you have faced on your musical journey? And do you ever feel like giving up?
A: Just not getting the support from close friends or family, but I learned along the way, that strangers are gonna support you harder, first. The people around you will catch on later.
Only time I thought about giving up, was for love. I almost chose the love of someone else over my own passion. I’m glad I didn’t see that choice through. Bittersweet, but you have to be selfish when chasing a goal.
Q: Who are some of your dream collabs?
A: Lil Wayne, Young Thug, Remy Ma, Lil Baby, J. Cole,
Q: What message are you trying to send to the world through your music?
A: It’s not necessarily a message I’m tryna send. I more so, just put my emotions into my pen. Music for me is an outlet, it’s my daily diary. I could be in my bag, sad and crying on a track, or I can be hype and ready to turn up. All depends on my mood and what’s going on at that time in my life
Q: Do you have a project that you are working on?
A: I have an ep out right now called “Pretty Thug Bitch” My song off the project called, “YKTV (You Know The Vibes)”, was spun by DJ WILL on power 105.1 for 6 weeks straight. The music video is also out on all platforms. Since then, I’ve been dropping singles and visuals.
